One of our passions at Euston Church is to prayerfully raise up more men and women who are trained in how to teach God's word, experienced at pastoring people and have the character and convictions for a lifetime of labouring for Jesus - whether that be in the workplace, the family, or in some form of paid Christian ministry.
Applications for 2024-25 are now open and the deadline for applying is 26 March 2024.
Our Ministry Training Scheme at Euston Church is a 1-3 year full-time programme which runs in close relationship with the Cornhill Training Course. Our Trainees will spend one day per week at Cornhill, receiving training in Bible handling and teaching. In addition, they will benefit from another day per week preparing for and attending our in-house training sessions, individual mentoring by a member of the staff team, and being part of a smaller ministry team.
There will be plenty of opportunities to participate in hands-on ministry such as leading small group and one-to-one Bible studies, organising evangelistic and mission events, community outreach, as well as get experience in the practical running of the church. Some time will also be spent serving the church family through practical work and admin tasks.
