One of our passions at Euston Church is to prayerfully raise up more men and women who are trained in how to teach God's word, experienced at pastoring people and have the character and convictions for a lifetime of labouring for Jesus - whether that be in the workplace, the family, or in some form of paid Christian ministry.

Our Ministry Trainee scheme is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in the mission of Euston Church, whilst developing the skills and character for a lifetime of serving Jesus Christ.
Trainees will get hands on experience of evangelism and discipleship in the vibrant, cross-cultural setting of Central London’s university district. This location gives us unique opportunities to reach the nations for Christ, whilst preparing for future ministry in the cradle of tomorrow’s world.
Alongside these ministry opportunities, trainees will spend one day per week at Cornhill, receiving training in Bible handling and teaching. They will also attend Euston Church’s own in-house training programme which specialises in deepening understanding of God’s word and training in cross-cultural evangelism, apologetics and leadership.
Our trainees will receive regular mentoring from an experienced member of church staff, and through being part of the staff team gain experience and training in the practical running of the church. Some time will also be spent serving the church family through practical work and admin tasks.
