SUNDAY SERVICES    10.30am | 5pm

WEDNESDAY midweek GROUPS     7.30pm-9PM

What to expect

Sunday 10.30am

A lovely mix of new students, postgrads, workers, families and local people. There is some singing, a children's bible story, a 20-30 minute sermon from the Bible and prayers led from the front. With a crèche and Sunday Club for the children, run by trained volunteers. The service lasts for about 70 minutes. Drinks and cakes afterwards, and picnics in the park during summer!

Sunday 5pm

A young, friendly crowd of mainly students and younger workers. More contemporary singing, a 20-30 minute sermon from the bible (often with a chance to ask questions to the speaker), and prayers led from the front. The service lasts for about 80 minutes. Food and drinks afterwards, and there are often extra seminars and training sessions after church on a range of relevant topics.

Wednesday 7.30pm

Midweek groups are the main way we build deep friendships and grow together spiritually. The groups are full of friendship and fun, with plenty of time to catch up and pray as well as listening to God's word together. Once a month we have an all together church prayer night instead of a Bible study. Come early to hang out and meet new people. Food from 7pm, groups from 7.30pm, finished by 9pm.

Despite being very centrally located, parking for main services at Christ the King is easy and free so long as your vehicle is not affected by the ULEZ*.

On Wednesdays the single yellow lines, resident permit bays and pay and display bays are free after 6.30pm. Christ the King is within the Congestion Charge Zone but there is no charge at weekends or after 6pm on weekdays.

*Ultra Low Emissions Zone (ULEZ) from 8th April 2019 - Christ the King falls within the ULEZ which is in continual operation. If your vehicle is petrol and registered before 2005 or diesel and registered before 2015 then you probably will be charged for driving into the ULEZ. You can check your vehicle here.
